I'm a second level Reiki Practitioner in the Widefield, CO area (Widefield is a small suburb of Colorado Springs, CO). I am definitely not a traditional healer, as far as the way I practice. I feel that some of the older established methods are a little too "stiff" and "stuffy", but on the other hand, I feel that some of the more modern methods are a little too "new age-y" and "out there". I've blended together what I feel works best for me. I've also added in a few different techniques, such as using sound vibrations to help move Reiki along. I'm always searching for new ideas to experiment with.
